“Reasonably well maintained building, apartments are more spacious when compared to other buildings in JLT and located just 2 mins from the metro station. The management team is also cooperative. In terms of amenities the rooftop pool is really nice, however the gym is now quite outdated and equipments need replacing and there are only 3 lifts (including the service lift) which are less for a 40 floor building. Ongoing construction nearby means there would be no lake view for the next 2 years but we feel the sound insulation works for us”

“This is the best tower in Cluster S. The two bedroom apartments have a Lakeview and are with 1612-1680 sqft very nicely sized. On the groundfloor two supermarkets are available with direct access from the building. ZOOM and Gala, two very opposite supermarkets. The cheapest prices you can get in dubai in gala and branded products for a premium price in zoom. On floor 39 is an amazingly outfitted Gym, I believe there is no match to this in the whole of JLT. A table tennis table is available for play there as well. The swimming pool on the roof is 17m long.”

“It’s old building and only 3 elevators , if one elevator is under maintenance and someone is move in or out , you need to wait too much time :( also many renovation works so you will hear noise all the time including week ends. Also they have always problems with main pipes of the water so there are always water shutdown and they ask you to use the gym shower!! And you will hear too much noise even at night to fix these problems 2025 update : all elevators were not working for full day and we have to use stairs to reach your appartment , imagine 22 floor , very bad building and old pipes and needs many reservations , One of pipes explode and water were every where . I don’t recommend rents or buy from this building , especially these days with these high rates where you can find same price in new and more high end area .”
