“Good location within the community, with everything nearby, super markets, shops, laundry, tailoring, gym, restaurant, spa, pharmacies, clinic, mosque, park, and children's play area. The building is well maintained, the community is well planned and managed well. New walking and cycling bridge near the building connecting to Dubai Silicon Oasis, near Silicon Central mall. Good experience and area for all you need for a peaceful and comfortable living.”

“You don’t even need air conditioning to live in Mazaya 05. Today, July 5th, just like on most other days, I haven’t switched on my AC at all during the daytime. Can you believe that?
The ventilation system serving the rooms through the FAHUs from York (USA) is incredibly efficient, keeping the apartments comfortable even in the middle of summer. When it comes to the water , the water is so cool in peak summer and you may need water heater for bath !
This project is truly an outstanding example of MEP engineering by Elemec. I absolutely love living in this building.
Moreover, the security team, especially Naeem and Waqar, deserve special appreciation. Their professionalism, dedication, and helpful attitude are beyond words. They make living here even more enjoyable. The building managed by Kaizen a special thanks to them as well .”

“Not recommended at all
Neighbours are so noisy. They keep moving furniture the whole day you can't take nap. Even after midnight they move the furniture One neighbour complained to the main office but useless. Security also can't do anything.
Kids keep playing in the corridors.
Some will use the swimming pool then enter the building and make the floor wet and the elevator wet then you step on it and make ur flat dirty. Thanks god I left this building. Nonstop noise omg 😲”

“The building is amazing, clean, with an amazing security, however the owners of 1001 (Orville) will ask you for increases that are illegal (more than the allowed limit by law) and when you refuse, they will ask you to move out illegally, and when you refuse they will send you an eviction letter, and take you to court, and make your life a living hell..
You've been warned.”

“The building is Good, however the staff at security are not good, residents keep sitting in the lobby area with small kids and make the lobby like a playground and security do not stop them at all.
Kaizen the Managment company needs to take note of this issue as a resident living in the same building find it very irritating”

“I have been in Mazaya 9 for the past 3 years and I personally highly recommend the building, its clean, easy access and the best part os the Security. Bothe the day shift and Night shifts are managed so well and the security Guards on duty are amazing. They always make an extra effort to make sure everything is in order, quick to respond and truly very helpful. I lived in a few other buildings before and Never have been as happy here in Mazaya 9. Excellent work guys. keep it up.”

“Located very close to Al ain and 311 exits, with parks , cycling and jogging tracks all sides . With mall just behind the building, Aster clinic and pharmacy closer. Supermarkets such as viva , nesto Madina, carrfour all within the vicinity. Well maintained building with 24 hours security.”
