“The Montrose Building is a well-maintained, luxurious property with excellent amenities, beautiful views, and a great location. I have personally enjoyed living here. However, since the recent change in management, there has been a noticeable decline in professionalism, particularly within the security team. The communication and behavior of security staff have not consistently met the standards expected in a luxury residence. I hope management addresses this concern to maintain the building’s high standards. There is many rules now people send emails to management take approval for viewing .”

“For over a month, my car was obstructed by another tenant who parked extremely close to mine, making it difficult to access. During this time, I contacted Deyaar multiple times and sent several emails requesting support—either to reach out to the tenant or to offer an alternative solution. Unfortunately, my requests were ignored, and I received no proper response. This was a relatively minor issue, yet it was handled very poorly. If something this small is treated with such lack of care, it raises serious concerns about how major problems would be managed. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when choosing a building and property management company.”

“Sewage smells in the master bathroom, good luck contacting the management... 2 out of 3 elevators, enjoy spending 10min everyday waiting for the lift. 0/5 Not recommended to rent or to buy”

“Developed by deyaar... Can’t solve the issue of dirty water, bad smell not recommended at all,,, They listed a lot of features and amenities which are not available comparing to very expensive charges such as separate steam and sauna room, restaurants and coffee shops, outdoor sitting areas and park,,, Charging twice for cooling services, part of monthly bill and total service and facility charges”

“After Khan and the team left the building-security and maintenance team - everything went bad,corridors and elevators are dirty,no one on the reception ,they chill around and not opening the gate for visitors they need to wait 10-15 mins outside and making the queue”
