Montrose Residence is a development of four towers in Arjan, Dubai, with 149 apartments between them. The towers are Montrose Residence, Montrose Residence A, Mont Rose Tower A and Mont Rose Tower B. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2014. Three lifts serve them, roughly 50 homes each. Shared facilities include a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. Within 800 metres there are 7 places to eat, 6 shops and 1 park or gym. On foot it rates as some errands on foot. Registered rents start around AED 68k a year for a 1 bed.

“The Montrose Building is a well-maintained, luxurious property with excellent amenities, beautiful views, and a great location. I have personally enjoyed living here. However, since the recent change in management, there has been a noticeable decline in professionalism, particularly within the security team. The communication and behavior of security staff have not consistently met the standards expected in a luxury residence. I hope management addresses this concern to maintain the building’s high standards. There is many rules now people send emails to management take approval for viewing .”

“The security staff are some of the most disrespectful and unprofessional I have ever dealt with. Instead of being helpful, they are often rude and dismissive towards residents. Additionally, there is a persistent strong body odor from some of the security staff, which makes passing through the lobby and entrance quite unpleasant.”

“I am very frustrated. The building security did not allow the delivery rider to park inside, forcing him to leave the bike outside. As a result, I have been fined by the police. This is completely unfair because the situation was beyond my control."”

“For over a month, my car was obstructed by another tenant who parked extremely close to mine, making it difficult to access. During this time, I contacted Deyaar multiple times and sent several emails requesting support—either to reach out to the tenant or to offer an alternative solution. Unfortunately, my requests were ignored, and I received no proper response. This was a relatively minor issue, yet it was handled very poorly. If something this small is treated with such lack of care, it raises serious concerns about how major problems would be managed. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when choosing a building and property management company.”

“After Khan and the team left the building-security and maintenance team - everything went bad,corridors and elevators are dirty,no one on the reception ,they chill around and not opening the gate for visitors they need to wait 10-15 mins outside and making the queue”

“Clean, well maintained building. You'll find residents of mixed nationalities. The apartment layouts are nice and the area is peaceful and quite while being in the centre of the city.”

“This building uses nation wide. Not to mention the 250 aed while not using it. They are tue worst people to deal with. They do not have auto payment. They disconnect it and make another 500 aed if you forget to pay online finally your rent will be plus 7k aed for ac”
