“As a tenant, one thing I appreciate most about living here is the peaceful atmosphere. The building is quiet, well-managed, and suitable for both families and working professionals. Any maintenance issues are handled promptly, and the common areas are regularly looked after. The location is convenient with shops, cafes, and public transport nearby, making daily life very easy. Overall, it's a comfortable place to live and I've had a pleasant experience throughout my tenancy.”

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“The building management isn’t too bad they are very helpful to be honest. The pool is always clean. It’s close to the train station. The biggest problem is that there's a servere pungent cooking odor resembling garlic grease and spices that enters your apartment.this occurs everyday usually in the morning and around lunch time and in the evenings around 7pm to 10pm. The smell is so strong it can make you nauseous. For those working from home I wouldn’t suggest staying here.”

“I've really enjoyed living at Murano Residence 2. The apartments are spacious, bright, and comfortable, and the building is always kept clean and well maintained. The facilities, including the pool, gym, and parking, make everyday living very convenient.
The location is another big plus, with easy access to shops, restaurants, public transport, and major roads. What stands out most, though, is the friendly and helpful staff. Whenever I've needed assistance, the management and maintenance teams have been responsive and professional.
Overall, it's been a great place to live, and I would happily recommend Murano Residence 2 to anyone looking for a comfortable home in Dubai. 👍🏡”

“Building management are not pleasant to deal with and not responsive beyond normal maintenance (who are really good).
One incident that happened with me is that when the tenant in the same row of my apartment left, thousands of cockroaches nested and grew inside without anyone aware. Eventually the cockroaches started entering my unit and when I called the building management for emergency pest control to solve a very serious issue, their response is that it would take a few days to arrange because their pest control services are subject to an internal standard operating procedure through facility management.
Ended up paying money out of my own pocket to get emergency pest control for ANOTHER UNIT that night (if I had waited they would have gone to hundreds of thousands).
Also they have extremely high rates when you move out and will quote you crazy prices for fixes that are everyday wear and tear like silicon grouting.
They will then give you the option of doing the fixes yourself, or going with their prices to finalize the handover procedure and return your deposit. Demanding fixes for grouting silicon and rusted cabinet hinge does not feel reasonable.”

“I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the maintenance services provided in this building Murano residence 3. For the past six months, I have repeatedly reported issues related to the air conditioning and drainage systems, but no effective resolution has been provided.
The AC continues to emit a foul smell, and the drainage problems persist despite multiple complaints. The maintenance team has not only failed to address these problems but has also been uncooperative and, at times, misleading about the status of repairs.
Additionally, it is very concerning that when tenants raise complaints, the supervisor or team members respond with threats involving police complaints instead of offering assistance. This behavior is unacceptable and creates an unsafe and uncomfortable living environment for residents.”

“I’ve lived here for years, but the maintenance service has really gone downhill. Last night, a gas smell from our AC was ignored by security until we pushed the security to check, and even then nothing was done except checking it and “informing management.”
Simple requests now take weeks, and we’re suddenly charged. Even normal wear-and-tear fixes in the bathroom are billed. This is a big change from the responsive, free service we used to get. They also no longer provide free AC cleaning every six months, which was one of the things I really loved about them in our first years.
We rarely have issues with our apartment, but after these recent experiences I’m frustrated and have lost trust in the maintenance and security team.”
