“Never had issues with security or their management. They’re very friendly and would do their best to solve any problem you face. The building’s quality is very much better than the towers nearby. I’ve seen other towers surrounding it and their quality and cleanliness is little compared to Park Heights. Regarding the visitor parking, if you kindly ask them, they’ll find you a place otherwise they have this issue and the only way is to park outside in public parking spaces.”

“Horribly bad experience I paid for VIP valet parking 100 AED but after I finish my work I waited for my car 1 hour and 10 minutes which is very unprofessional I do not recommend to use this service at all”

“Worst experience of my life. Very poor management. Very unprofessional staff. Would not recommend anyone to rent an apartment in Park Heights. Every day someone else parks his car at your parking space and the management is helpless. You can only offload the items from your truck in the basement, but you can't go in the basement. You have to park the truck on ground floor, then carry everything to the basement and then you can enter the lift.”
