“The walls are made of Gypsy board. This is a first for me having lived in Dubai from 43 years. The water pipes are leaking. Our full apartment got flooded dur to a water pipe leak when we steped out of the house to have a meal I personally don't like the place. The walking pavements are of interlocking stones which makes it difficult to go for a brisk walk.”

“I lived in this town for a couple of years with my family. There's a school within a five-minute walk. There are clinics and hospitals. There are supermarkets and almost all the popular coffee shops. There are many trees and plants in the community itself, security is at a high level, there is a lot of pool for children and families. Sometimes there are angey neighbors, especially middle-aged and old women. And the main problem is the loud sound from the races that go on a few days and a couple of times a year. Otherwise a perfect place for a family.”

“Great location for families with kids or anyone who loves greenery. Pet friendly area. Building itself is not new but maintenance team is quite efficient. Apartments are spacious with huge balconies. Only small issue in this area is parking at evening hours, as only 1 parking slot per apartment.”
