Silicon Heights is a development of three towers in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, with 278 apartments between them. The towers are Silicon Heights 1, Silicon Heights 2 and Silicon Heights II, the tallest of them 12 storeys. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2011. Four lifts serve them, roughly 70 homes each. There is a swimming pool. واحة دبي السيليكون Metro station is a 3-minute walk. Within 800 metres there are 15 parks and gyms, 11 places to eat and 4 shops. On foot it rates as very walkable. Registered rents start around AED 41k a year for a studio.
