“Until May 2024 this ranked among the finest properties, combining excellent floor plans, reliable upkeep and the advantage of chiller-free cooling. Once new administrators assumed control, residents have confronted continuous cooling failures during the hottest months, complete absence of effective maintenance, and amenities that are either neglected or shut. Careful reflection is advisable before committing to a tenancy under the present regime. (Positives: 25. Negatives: 50.)”
