“Pest control fumes seeping into the apartments. This is a health and safety violation and I will report to the municipality next time. Pest control fumes should not be sprayed in common areas like corridors at the expense of the health of residents. I don’t understand how this is not common sense?! This is the second time I am complaining regarding this issue. Next time, I will take it straight to the municipality.”

“Disappointed with how pest control is handled in this building. We've now had this happen multiple times, with no notice or only about an hour's notice before treatment – twice shortly after having a newborn in the apartment. We've also had two separate incidents of neighbours bringing cockroaches into their units, which raises real questions about whether there's proper screening or hygiene standards being maintained for residents moving in. Strong chemical odours came through despite windows open and AC off. With infants in the building, this doesn't give residents a fair chance to leave or take precautions, and there's been little regard for the health and wellbeing of my newborn baby being exposed to these chemicals without warning. Totally unfair. Would strongly encourage management to give at least 24–48 hours' notice ahead of any pest control treatment, and to share information on the products used.”

“The building may not be the best one out there, but it is a very good one nevertheless. I read through some of the negative reviews and I feel they are absolutely not justified. I wonder if anyone isn't happy there, why not simply move out? I live there for the past few years and it's a very friendly, clean building with excellent staff. Some complain about pest and yet they wouldn't even know how to properly dispose of their garbage. I bet the inside of the apartments is nothing but filthy and this naturally attracts insects which affect us all in the building. The construction noise outside should not be weighed in at all as there is nothing the building owners can do about it. If you are truly want to change this, complain to the relevant authority instead.”

“I live in this area, in a nearby building. I love the neighborhood and have been living here for four years. But unfortunately, yesterday something unexpected happened — the strangest thing that has happened to me since I came to Dubai nearly 10 years ago. Yesterday, on 11-04-2025 at 20:10, while I was parked there for two minutes looking something up on Google, a strange person approached me. He was dressed casually — wearing slippers, shorts, and a t-shirt. This person spoke to me in a harsh tone and rude manner, asking me to move. The problem is that the building has no security at night, except for the cameras, and I had to call the police. After checking and investigating, it turned out that this person is a cleaner who had finished his shift hours earlier. His supervisor confirmed to me over the phone that he has no right to interfere in any matter there, other than performing his cleaning duties. For the first time in Dubai, I felt unsafe — especially since I live in that area and sometimes take my daughter to the park opposite that building. It also seems that this person is used to doing the same thing with other people there.”

“I do not recommend this building at all. The apartment has been full of cockroaches and bedbugs since the first week in a horrifying way. I submitted complaints via email and WhatsApp but no response, and the building's windows are dirty. Unfortunately for us, there was construction next to the building which deprived us of rest and sleep. Cockroaches + bedbugs + construction headache. The situation is very sad and I will not continue in this building because the insects are throughout the building. The only solution is to leave and I and my children are scratching and itching as if the insects carry diseases. I do not recommend this building at all. I will leave soon.”

“Building is new and neat but they used very cheap products especially the doors and ceilings, doorknobs are not properly fixed , screws are coming off even its new .. neighbours are not all families!”
