“This was a great building. Unfortunately, now all you do is make noise complaints to management for something to be done to have some peace and just wait for a solution... Very unfortunate. The apartments are nice, but kids scream out on the floor, in their apartment as loud as possible, and make loud noises with their toys/equipment. Doors constantly slam, and people talk loudly in the corridors at midnight onwards. It's made living here very uncomfortable, the noise is too much. It was never like this before. Such a shame.”

“Pros: Large flats Clean and well-maintained Free chiller Good maintenance response time Good mobile network coverage Semi-closed kitchen Need access card to enter the building and access the pool and gym Cons: Not brand new Small gym with limited equipment Small and shallow pool Not pet friendly Overall, this building is a good place to live. The flats are large and clean, and the maintenance is good. However, it is not brand new, If you are looking for a large, clean, and well-maintained flat in a good location, this building is a good option.”

“Gr8 building, very well maintained. The building security staff and the maintenance staff are great too - very good at ensuring to do a good job to every request for repair made. The property managers however are not as supportive and not flexible for even small requests such as a change in parking spaces, reduction in rent when rents are going down in dubai and for providing parking spaces at a reasonable rate.”
