About Marina Gate

Marina Gate is a development of three towers in Dubai Marina, Dubai, with 399 apartments between them. The towers are Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, Marina Gate 1 and Marina Gate 2, the tallest of them 64 storeys. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2014. Ten lifts serve them, roughly 40 homes each. Shared facilities include a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. The nearest Metro is Sobha Realty, about 10 minutes on foot, with the Marina Towers tram stop 3 minutes off. Within 800 metres there are 65 places to eat, 26 shops and 16 pharmacies and clinics. On foot it rates as very walkable. Registered rents start around AED 113k a year for a studio.

“Multiple problems affect the building…”

“Multiple problems affect the building: fire alarms activate weekly both day and night, large volumes of deliveries congest the lifts, significant noise generated by weight training in units 901, 902 and similar continues from seven in the morning until ten at night seven days a week, and numerous short-term Airbnb apartments are present. Position is good; the absence of managerial concern for residents is regrettable. (Positives: Pool. Negatives: Train station with numerous short term tenants.)”
