About The Wind
The Wind is a development of two towers in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, with 199 apartments between them. The towers are The Wind Tower I and The Wind Tower II, the tallest of them 31 storeys. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2008. Eight lifts serve them, roughly 25 homes each. The nearest Metro is DMCC, about 7 minutes on foot, with the Jumeirah Lakes Towers tram stop 8 minutes off. Within 800 metres there are 54 places to eat, 13 shops and 7 parks and gyms. On foot it rates as very walkable.
