“Six days after formal escalation a management callback is still awaited”

“Thirty-four days have passed since the cooling unit was reported both broken and actively introducing air at eighty percent humidity, during which period furniture has steadily developed mold. Wasl’s customer-care function has ignored the matter for the same duration. Mold continues to destroy furnishings and promised return calls never materialise. Cases are simply passed from one department to another without resolution. Six days after formal escalation a management callback is still awaited. In more than a month no inspection of the unit itself has occurred. Standard practice appears to consist of photographing the problem and then disregarding it until the resident initiates further contact. The situation amounts to complete disorder. (Positives: The elevators that work are clean. Negatives: Everything related to maintenance/customer service.)”
