“Marquis2020 was the first building project of Marquis point, and now to date ( Oct2025), they have 5 buildings in their portfolio, and all situated in Arjan. I came here in Sept 2021, when hardly any of the plots had been built on, but Arjan has expanded fast, and is gong to be one of the best districts in Dubai. Overall the build quality has been good, and the maintenance team work tirelessly to keep in clean, efficient and well-managed. The big storm of 2024 did cause flood damage to some balcony facia, but it was repaired well. The pool, gym and common areas are nicely designed and function properly. The addition of parks in the area, have really softened the district, and luckily Marquis has a park right behind it, giving open vistas of green for recreation. I think it’s been a great investment, and the apartments have gained value. When the surrounding building works are finished in 2026, it will be a spot-on place to live. Tons of shops, good road network, and nice community. Recommend.”

“We have been living in this building for almost 2.5 years now and can’t tell you how the experience has been. Pro’s- very well maintained building, with top notch gym, swimming pool and even a common hall to use for personal events. The maintenance team work day in and day out to maintain the building and that’s why it’s one of the top buildings in the area. Maintenance comes in at the phone call to do primary checks. Even though people have dogs, the building management have managed to have proper rules throughout. The management conduct proper pest control, fire checks and so on regularly. Lastly it’s a child friendly building where kids run around and play with a public garden access. Con’s- Not sufficient parking available in the building, and even the area has parking issues. Some tenants are not friendly towards kids or dogs”

“I have been a resident of this building for more than 2.5 years. The building quality is relatively high especially compared to the newer buildings. The maintenance is top- notch and the staff is available round the clock to support however they can.”

“They do not have courage to reach out to us or reply to our post and address the problem. this is self explanatory... The quality of the building is very poor. Within a year, issues such as dampness, leakage, and paint problems have arisen. The developer has withdrawn support, stating they are not responsible after the sale, which is understandable. However, if a building is constructed with high-quality materials, such issues would never occur. Please exercise caution before investing in Marquis 2020 or any of their others projects. It's your hard-earned money; don't waste it on such low-quality buildings. I lived for 6 years in the same house in International City, which is a 10-15 year old building, but I never encountered problems like dampness or leakage." It's important to convey the experiences clearly, especially when it comes to significant investments like property. They do not have courage to reach out to us or reply to our post and address the problem. this is self explanatory...”
