“The hotel is perfect, the front desk for tower one is great, but i am really disappointed regarding the housekeeping, the team are nit professional at all, we need to clean after them all the time, they are not available all the time, plus the workers hygiene is a disaster, I really like the Address but this department is big MESS”

“Address Harbour point Tower 2 is a fairly new Emaar building with top 1st class amenities. This bespoke luxury apartment tower overlooks the creek with Dubai Down Town buildings including Burj Khalifa view is marvelous. The building has excellent gym & outdoor swimming pool. The apartments are serviced by Address hospitality & a porter is available 24 hrs. The area is quite and has a pleasant on water walkway and has many good restaurants and cafes. The huge festival city mall & 3 big hotels are only 5 minutes away by car. Also, international schools & Dubai Int Airport are 15 minutes away. The building has 3 story parking next to it and accessible from ground and level 1 floors. The building is highly secured by security & concierge personnel 24 hrs and access is strictly controlled”

“The location and overall development of this building are excellent, as expected from Emaar, the leading developer in the UAE. The architecture, amenities, and surroundings reflect the high standards that Emaar is known for. The building’s staff—particularly the concierge and security team are admirable with their strict and vigilant attitude yet are helpful and cooperative. There is a nice Cafe overlooking the creek at the back of the building reachable in basement floor at elevator along with ladies hairr & beauty Salon. There is also a Starbucks in ground floor accessible from outside. Gym and outdoors swimming pool are excellent. Nearby are so many restaurants, pharmacy, men’s saloons, supermarkets etc.”

“I’ve been living here for 2 years. Professor staff, especially concierges who don’t allow strangers to come in. Separate entrance for deliveries. Glad to have such level of privacy.”
