“Adhara Star has finally been handed over, and the wait has truly been worth it. After a period of delay, the apartment 108 was delivered, and I can confidently say that the quality of the finishes exceeded expectations, especially when compared to the average standards in Dubai. The doors and wood finishes are of noticeably high quality, with excellent attention to detail and a refined, modern aesthetic that is not always guaranteed in similar developments. The choice of materials feels clearly above average. Over the past five years, I have personally visited and evaluated at least 20 residential buildings across Dubai, and among them, Adhara Star stands out as one of the most modern and forward-thinking developments in terms of design, finishes, and amenities. The common areas are another major strength: the gym is modern, spacious, and well above the Dubai average, while the garden is thoughtfully designed and very pleasant to use. The wellness facilities deserve special mention. The heated swimming pool is a real added value, and the bathrooms, showers, sauna, and steam room are exceptionally large, well maintained, and intelligently laid out, larger than what is typically found even in higher-end buildings. The only area for improvement is communication, which could be clearer and more timely to avoid minor misunderstandings, particularly during the handover phase. Better coordination would make the overall experience even smoother. Overall, Adhara Star clearly distinguishes itself for the quality of its finishes and shared facilities. Once delivered, the project proves to be above the Dubai average and an excellent choice for those seeking modern living, comfort, and long-term value.”

“Fantastic residential project for design, location and amenities. Residents are going to have a premium luxury living experience. Amenities like gym, pool, jacuzzi, kids play area, padel court and landscape gardens make it feel like a premium resort.”
