Good secruity servuce, gym and pool is available, timely pest control, facade cleaning, pets are allowed.There is big madina supermarket, Gym,karate institution, nursery, pharmacy and now opening one restaurant, there are many cafeterias nearby, famous food chain, hardees,kfc,pizza and krispy creme near by. Everything is easy accessible.”

“Pathetic maintenance team Nd company they have no idea about process of move in I suppose to move in today after paying everything yesterday only still the kept me hanging while my previous contract is over I have to left my apartment but here these people are playing passing th parcel with me this person to that mail here and there call this call that then no response from anyone m done with thses people before even moving in heights of unprofessionalism!”

“First class building and amenities. Very spacious. Environment is fantastic. Surrounding is also very good. Park and roads are very clean. Gym and swimming facilities are there.”
