“very bad management service in the tower by Deyaar: - last year outage on AC in the whole building for 72 hours with 0 cooperation and zero updates and zero compensation and had over 120 K AED in damages due to humidity in September for 72 hours no AC - this year they added service charge on tenant without any heads up, which has been on the owners for the last 9 years as the new why to increase rent and we did not have the time to look for other offices. - visitors parking became paid even though it is mostly empty. - every rain windows leaks inside offices and make big damages and we complained this for the last 6 years with no solution or rectify.”

“Not clean, Slow elevators which are not all working all the time, 5-10 min waits. garbage shaft always closed so the garbage room is always emitting smells..”
