“Building and layout is great..the one and the 2 beds..having an extra storage space is always a blessing. Missing on a Pool and Gym area. a/c being chillers is a hole in one's pocket. The construction of the building has quite a few flaws, a/c ducts, exhausts, the bathroom tiles (changed now by the landlord). The landlord has been quite helpful and is in direct conversation with his tenants.”
