“I’m posting this review to inform others, as there is no proper way to raise concerns. I’ve been living here for 9 months in a 2-BHK apartment, and the main issue is poor maintenance. Even small problems take weeks to fix despite multiple complaints to reception and maintenance. In some cases, issues were reported 3–4 times and still left unresolved. There are also frequent false fire alarms, sometimes late at night, which is very disturbing. If you’re planning to rent here, please think twice and speak with current residents before making a decision.”

“Close to metro. Brand new. Initially some issues which is understandable but now it’s all smooth. Value for money. Rentals are pretty reasonable for a fully furnished apartment in dubai. Quite happy , been 3 months.”

“One rain and the lifts are out of service, think of climbing 15 floors with your grocery. Even after two days they couldn't drain the lift pits putting people in misery. Podium parking ramps are so tiny if you want to park you will get body dents and scratches for free. Else you should be lucky enough to get parking on the ground floor.”

“Impression on Alexis Tower by Reportage I’ve been residing in Alexis Tower for a few months and would like to share my honest experience so far. While the location is excellent—especially its close proximity to the metro station—there are several maintenance and management issues that I hope the developer and property team will take seriously. 1️⃣ Water Leakage Concerns: There appear to be some ongoing piping or plumbing issues causing visible leakage marks on the walls, not only in the bathrooms but also in other parts of the units. I’ve reported this several times, and while the management acknowledges the problem, no lasting solution has been provided yet. 2️⃣ Elevator Reliability: The elevators occasionally face technical issues, and on one occasion, I personally experienced a sudden power cut while inside. It was quite alarming, though thankfully a quick-thinking security guard managed to help. I believe this matter needs immediate and permanent attention to ensure residents’ safety. 3️⃣ Fire Alarm Disturbances: The fire alarms have a tendency to go off unexpectedly, sometimes during resting hours or at night, which can be quite inconvenient and stressful. I’ve tried reaching out through the building’s management and agent to forward these concerns to the landlord, hoping for better maintenance support, especially considering residents pay annual service fees. Overall, Alexis Tower has great potential given its convenient location and design, but stronger technical management and timely maintenance would make it a much better place to live.”
