“During the most recent storm structural failures occurred on…”

“Residence in this facility cannot be recommended under any circumstances. Portions of the interior have been let for commercial use. Staff conduct is unprofessional and fails to safeguard residents adequately. During the most recent storm structural failures occurred on a large scale: numerous vehicles were damaged, ceilings in the car park and main lobby collapsed, and both lifts and water supply remained unavailable for more than seven days.”
