“I Just moved here, haven’t had any problem yet. Heard some people complaining about leakage but i didn’t see any. Pool area is nice. But there is No GYM ☹️. Apartments are nice.”

“NO STARS for this apartment. we don't have AC for past one month. we are paying zenner on time . But the building owner failed to pay bill to empower. so that we tenants are affecting. Afternoons are very hot. please if you are palnning to move to this apartment don't do that!!!”

“I had been stayed, there in this residency for approximately I think for a while and this residency was very good because have near to metro bus stop, and also have been a silent environment every where In this residency area because this residency has not been too much close to the roads and free from the extra noise of the city and traffic. This residency is situated, in a safe and a fresh comfortable environment where you can take your rest easily in your apartment in this residency without the inconvenience of the traffic roads noise. If you stay in this residency during this times if you move from the building outside just think you will feel a comfortable environment and looking in a surroundings area you will see so many building around that residency and every things look to you lightning and brightful and also this residency internally and externally has been reached of every facilities such as parking area and cover parking area A/c chillers, gas available and clean and tidy good apartments. When I was there I was very happy because their Management are very kind hearted, be politely and very coorporative with the residents or tenants of this building.”

“living here is a nightmare, almost 1 month without AC and yet AC provider was asking for payment. many follow ups and complaint to RERA and real estate still nothing happen. We couldnt sleep anymore because room doesn't have proper ventilation.”

“The apartment looks good outside but the quality inside is so BAD! There's leaking everywhere and they can't even fix it properly! Their management is the WORST, talks a lot but don't do things!”

“I thought I am the only one suffering from a leakage , from April 2020 I have reported a leakage to this management and they don’t even care, it is unbelievable how they manage this property. They don’t even acknowledge the complains . This is not how you run a business, you have to have you tenants living in a conducive atmosphere . How I hope you can also forget to deposit my Cheque.”
