“One of the worst maintenance teams I have ever met and the most careless management.I live below the mechanical floor which is poorly maintained.The machines vibrate at night so imagine the headaches the sleepless nights and guess what?The maintenance team and the building management couldn’t care less and repeat the same all over” no issue found”Imagine an ongoing complaint for a year !!!They dont care nor do they take action since maintaining this floor will cost them.”

“This is one of the worst-maintained buildings I have ever lived in. The maintenance is extremely poor, and the management does not seem to care about residents' concerns. The biggest issue is the lifts. Waiting for a lift can take more than an hour, which is completely unacceptable for a residential building. This causes daily frustration and wastes a lot of time. The building management seriously needs to improve maintenance and resolve the lift issues as soon as possible. If it were possible, I would give this building -100 stars instead of one.”

“Amazing building, new management have taken care and upgraded many things for safety and security, very clean and JVT location is very convenient, al khail road into dubai and Mohammed Bin Zayed road towards Abu Dhabi or Sharjah, literally a straight drive, Marina 8 minutes away”

“Constant AC cooling issues. The maintenance Team doesn't know how to fix it and they keep saying it's fine while the temperature in the apartments is boiling hot. If you bring an outside contractor they will still dispute the findings - even though the issue is from building itself. Fire alarms triggering most of the time, sometimes multiple times daily. The only advantage of this building is it's location, otherwise I don't think they would ever get tenants to accept these issues and live with it.”

“Very good place to stay ,With parking facilities . Gym and swimming pool neat and clean. And especially I prefer my cousin,he stay before Canada he ask I need sauna steam with pool and gym kid play garden amiteny. So I suggest go to visit Tiger properties. Tiger properties in Dubai more than 14 to 16 tower all area.JVC JVT LACK CITY MARINA PINNACLE AND JADDAF And all facilities covered by Tiger properties . Now my cousin told excellent service and . Thank you for your suggestions.”
