When i tried to approach through my frnd who is living there, this security is asking for commission which is really rude and unprofessional manner. “Apartment and the surroundings are good but the security in the day shift named Abhishek is showing an unprofessional behavior. “We have been living in Telal 23 for the past 5 years and have not experienced any bad behavior from the security staff till today. They have always been polite, respectful, and professional in our experience. Any issues, if they occur, can usually be resolved through proper communication.”

“I am writing to raise a serious concern about the conduct of a security guard stationed at Al Telal Residence, DIP 1. The guard, identified as Abhishek, has repeatedly acted beyond his assigned duties. There have been instances where he has requested commissions from residents, which is inappropriate and unacceptable for someone in a security role. Furthermore, his behavior and manner toward female residents have been unprofessional and uncomfortable, creating concern about residents’ safety and well-being.”

“I would like to report the misbehaviour of Mr. Abhishek, a security guard working at Al Telal Building. He has been asking residents for commissions, which is not part of his duties and appears inappropriate. “Building is very good. Doesn't have a gym as it claims. It a has a common pool. Good and peaceful location. With all necessities within few kilometers. Maintenence support is dead slow. We have to follow up multiple times in case of any repairs.”

“The best thing about this place is the walk in distance to hospital and 24 hours open supermarket. Building is old and management doesn't maintain it we'll, gym and Pool are closed from this time we came to live here. Most of the time one of the lift stop working, Garbage dump area are most of the time full and cleaner don't clean if every day which cause smell to the corridor. Security personnel are very helpful and always available when u need their assistance.”
