What one reviewer said

“A huge shout-out to Ellington Properties for the successful handover of the Arbor View project. It is rare to find a developer that perfectly combines aesthetic elegance with strict adherence to timelines. The units are built with premium materials and boast a sophisticated finish. What truly sets this project apart, however, is the incredible range of amenities that offer a lifestyle like no other. Thank you to the entire team for your commitment to quality and for delivering on your promises! 👏 Mehdi Arjomandi”

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“The only premium thing about Ellington is the price. Everything else is just marketing. Tell buyers whatever they want to hear, close the deal, then conveniently forget the promises. I was assured I’d be able to purchase an additional parking space after handover. Turns out that was nothing more than a sales pitch. It’s amusing how “luxury” translates into Schneider Electric switches and broken promises. The smell in the children’s playroom is unbelievable. At this point, it feels like a permanent feature rather than something they’re planning to fix. And a special thank you to the genius who decided that elevators in Dubai don’t need air conditioning. Nothing says “luxury living” like stepping into a hot metal box in the middle of summer.”

“The children’s playroom smells horribly, and has been like that since we moved in 3 months ago. There has been multiple complaints but it hasn't been fixed till now. It’s not hygienic nor safe for kids.”
