“I am a tenant at Avelon Boulevard in Arjan. The handover of the building took place on February 2, yet the property still feels like an active construction site. No one’s able to answer my questions and they all redirect to each other. Construction works are ongoing throughout the building. The swimming pool is not open. Only one out of three elevators is operational, which creates serious inconvenience. There is a constant smell of paint in the corridors. This is not the standard of living tenants expect after official handover. It raises a serious question: when will the building be fully completed and ready for normal, comfortable living? If you are considering moving in, think twice!”

“It was a great event today, I really love the project, location is a nice, low rise building and I am sure as it is a first project from new developer, they will do it on high standards. Because they need to build reputation on the market. And special thank you to sales manager Lilia, with her passion to work I became very excited about this new project.”
