“Based on my experience, residents on higher floors may notice sound from the building’s chiller system, which can sometimes be felt as mild vibrations. Additionally, dust tends to accumulate more frequently”

“So far so good, but a lot of "sharings" apartments here, like a lot of people living in the same flat, we'll see how it goes in a few months”
