Noise? you can hear everything, and by everything i mean literally EVERYTHING!
The smell of the hallway, sucks :)
Security? Lazy and disrespectful
Water? there is no good temperature its either boiling hot, or freezing cold.

“The worst building I have ever lived in. It’s been 3 years they couldn’t control and eliminate cockroaches in the corridoor. Whenever there is rain, water come into our houses from windows! The walls are damped, moldy and the paint is peeling from the first year of living here!!! There is leaking from laundry ceiling. Too many problems. We’re moving out this year”

“I cannot with this building. Nothing good comes from it:

“Dear Building Management,
I am writing to formally request a review of CCTV footage related to a serious security concern within Aura by Azizi.
There has been ongoing illegal subletting and bed space renting in multiple apartments operated by the same individual. This has resulted in frequent and uncontrolled access to the building by Yosra Amdouni, including late at night and early morning hours.
Due to the nature of this issue, I believe the building’s CCTV recordings will clearly show:
Repeated entry and exit of multiple unrelated individuals
Patterns consistent with illegal bed space activity
Unauthorized access that poses a security and privacy risk to residents
I kindly request that the management:
Review the relevant CCTV footage
Investigate the apartments involved
Take appropriate enforcement action in line with building policies and Dubai regulations
This request is made in the interest of safety, security, and compliance.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

“Pros:- Chiller Free (dewa bill will be very less and no seperate cooling bill). Very next to Metro Station. Very clean building.
Cons:- No masjid nearby. No Supermarket nearby. No restaurant nearby. Noisy due to shaikh Zayed road vehicles. Construction nearby making too much noise. Expecting the construction works to continue for 3 4 years. Balconies cannot be used. A lot of dust accumulate in the balcony within no time. If you go to balcony and come in, then the dust will come in through your legs. Rents bit expensive considering no much facilities nearby.
Note:- but be assured that you are not going to get your deposits back. Agents will loot your deposits (for rented customers).”

“I recently stayed at Aura by Azizi Residence. The building is clean and well-maintained, with professional management. However, there is a lot of noise due to its proximity to Sheikh Zayed Road, and construction work often continues late into the night, making it difficult to sleep. The surrounding area is more industrial and a bit far from the main attractions.”

“Great Place, Absolutely Disgraceful Security
This place could be amazing, but the security staff are an absolute disgrace. They are the worst I’ve ever encountered—rude, lazy, and completely unprofessional. Instead of doing their job, they’re constantly on their phones, ignoring people who actually need help. Try asking them a question? You’ll either get mocked or brushed off with a smug “not my job.” It’s insulting and unacceptable.
I even asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, and they had the audacity to say there isn’t one. What kind of operation is this?
Mr. Bryle, a Nigerian guard, and another guard from Nepal on the morning shift, are the worst offenders. Both are shockingly disrespectful, dismissive, and clearly have no idea how to do their jobs. They should be removed or sent back for full retraining—because right now, they are a liability. These aren’t just bad attitudes; they’re actively making people feel unsafe.
Every time I walk past them in the morning, my entire day starts off on a negative note. It's frustrating, it’s disappointing, and honestly, it’s shameful. This place deserves so much better than this joke of a security team.”
