“Azizi Freesia is one of the many buildings built by Azizi development in Al Furjan area aligned with the metro line. This building is very near to the metro station which is a very big advantage, also the size of the apartments here are comparatively big compared to other buildings in the area. The building has a nice swimming pool and is decently managed.”

“I was disappointed with the security staff's attitude during my visit. We approached them simply to ask for information about renting or buying an apartment, but they were not helpful at all. They appeared to be watching videos on their phones, showed no interest in assisting us, and didn't even greet us with a smile. Instead, they made us feel as though we were inconveniencing them just by asking a few questions. This creates a poor first impression for anyone considering the building. The management should ensure that security staff remain attentive, professional, and focused on helping visitors rather than using their phones while on duty. Unfortunately, because of this experience, the building likely lost a potential customer.”

“Very disappointed with the service and the way my deposit refund has been handled. I moved out of the apartment on 26 June and stopped using the gas service from that date. Since then, my deposit has still not been returned. I urgently need this money to pay my new accommodation deposit, but the company continues to delay the process. The company is requesting a bank account under my name, but I do not have a personal bank account, and the original deposit payment was not made from my bank account either. I have already provided the necessary information and alternative bank details, but instead of finding a solution, they are creating unnecessary delays. A deposit should be returned promptly after the service ends, especially when the customer has fulfilled their responsibilities. Holding someone’s money without a reasonable solution causes financial stress and is unacceptable. I have requested the refund several times and, if this issue is not resolved, I will proceed with an official complaint through the appropriate authorities. I hope the company improves its customer service and handles deposit refunds in a more professional and responsible way.”
