“Pros (for me): Location, security, good size swimming pool, kids friendly, all families, pets allowed. Cons (for me): Building quality not so good (walls, painting, humidity from AC, and sound isolation), swimming pool issue (leakage problem since years not solved although they closed it several times each time for months for maintenance, actually now it is closed for maintenance for the next 2-3 months as I am typing), AC vents (I can smell neighbours incense and even smoke comes inside my apartment as well as their cooking smells while no one is helping me, maintenance guys couldn't help and management ignored my emails and reminders, not sure if other apartments are facing the same issue or not), general smell of the building (incense in almost all floors can be heavily smelled frequently with smoke as well), shoes in front of most apartments (not a good site for me at least, sometimes I see 15-20 pairs blocking the corridor when a neighbour is having guests/ party while management do not have strict rules for this phenomenon), lots of noise around (many weekends parties around you while the walls isolation is not good), and finally and unfortunately we often see illegal "Massage Spa" business cards with shameful images on the pavement in front of the building (but lately I stopped seeing them hoping it is solved for good). For me, it is at best 2/5, however, I am staying so far because of the location (suits me), landlord is a good reasonable gentleman, and some friends of my kids are in the same building, trying my best to ignore the above cons.”
