“Its actually a very well maintained building. I read a few comments on parking space being small. This is not true at all. But i guess, it depends on how well you or others around you park. The premises are always clean and tidy as well. This building has a gym, steam and sauna. Most of the other buildings dont have a steam room.”

“Old building and parking space so small if you have an suv. Leaking ceilings on basement parking. Pigeons on veranda is a challenge; Keeping the area tidy feels like a full-time job, and often find avoiding the veranda altogether.”

“Nice but don’t take apartments with pool view as many kids scream and shout and you can’t get ever a decent sleep in this building. Pool guard is weak and doesn’t imply the no shouting rule and let the kids scream all they want despite many complains”
