“Worst decision i made in my life?since 8 month they have safety alarm issue,every day its starts beeping like there’s some kind of emergency”

“A very luxurious and distinctive residential complex that was recently handed over, one of the best residential apartments in Dubai. I recommend it to everyone and advise everyone to choose to live in it. The complex management is strong and very good. Distinguished and modern facilities. Wide and comfortable parking spaces at the entrance and exit, and comfortable for living, especially for families. I recommend it as a family residence and vacation home. With thanks to those responsible for the very beautiful organization. Dhiaa Aburia”

“Am actually very disappointing for this bld, every now and then the walls are cracking, the fire alarm its constantly on, even on the middle of the night, the pool has been closed almost a month, the security what can i say , just avoid this bld, i regret i took the flat here”

“The property is good, but the security team, especially the older South Asian individual, are extremely rude and entitled. He also uses the reception area as if it were his own home, loud phone calls to his family on speaker phone, no manners, decency or respect towards the residents.”
