“The biggest issue in this building is unfortunately soundproofing, especially in the corridors, there could be implementation of simple solutions such as; Automatic light dimming, stricter enforcement of fines to parents allowing kids in corridor, segregate corridors to the lifts (even by stud wall) carpeting/soft furnishings/acoustic dampening to reduce echo in corridors and thicker doors to apartments. These cheap solutions would bring a vast improvement to this row of buildings by azizi. With the soundproofing issue out of the way, this building would be close to 5 stars. “The biggest issue in this building is unfortunately soundproofing, especially in the corridors, there could be implementation of simple solutions such as; Automatic light dimming, stricter enforcement of fines to parents allowing kids in corridor, segregate corridors to the lifts (even by stud wall) carpeting/soft furnishings/acoustic dampening to reduce echo in corridors and thicker doors to apartments. These cheap solutions would bring a vast improvement to this row of buildings by azizi. With the soundproofing issue out of the way, this building would be close to 5 stars. It's also suffering from a construction issue in which smell of cooking can linger into other apartments, no advice from the building on how to fix. There is an iron/calcium buildup in the pipes due to what I suspect is a hard water area issue, this can cause orange coloured water or low shower pressure briefly if a tap is not run for a few days to a week, but it goes away completely with regular use of taps. Not a big issue. To the positives; Security are friendly enough from my experience, the lobby area is clean and welcoming, the pool and gym is decent, the apartments are of decent design and size & the view from front facing apartments of the city is nice. Sound conscious renters should skip this apartment building, but those that can live with it will be happy enough here.”

“Not the best construction quality, soundproofing leaves much to be desired, but there is quite good management here and the building itself is quite clean, as one of the most affordable options it's quite good for rent or purchase”

“Kids - Would not recommend anyone with kids. The tenant complaint on slight noise and would recommend small kids with family to highly consider Gym - the place is cramped and most of the equipment are in bad shape. Building maintenance - the overall build quality is poor and people who are planning to buy need to be cautious about the high maintenance cost. Bachelor accommodation - some flats are sub leased to bachelor's”

“The one of the highly recommended place to stay with family. It’s neat, clean and well maintenance facility compare to near by facilities. Mostly occupied by the owners and looks almost new even after 6 years. Strategic location closer to metro station, school, community center etc.”

“Excellent full facility chiller free building with easy access to metro, RTA public transport network. 7 mins drive from Ibn Batuta and 12 mins drive from Festival Plaza. Al Furjan is an upcoming residential area worth checking out.”
