“Very poor maintenance in the building! I wouldn’t recommend it. We reported a maintenance issue on June 14, and despite multiple follow-ups, no one has come to fix it. What’s even more concerning is that the maintenance company keeps asking residents for cash payments for repairs that should already be covered by the building. They insist on cash only, which is highly unprofessional. Even when they do carry out repairs, the work is often poor quality and the same problems return shortly afterward. The building itself is not bad, but the maintenance service is unreliable, slow, and frustrating to deal with. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and improves the service for all…”

“Poor building quality, poor maintenance, and the worst management experience I’ve ever dealt with. The team consistently shows a rough, unhelpful attitude and never provides real solutions for any issue. Within just one year of handover, we faced monthly water cutoffs lasting more than a day due to recurring problems. The AC cracked twice, and the water heater had to be replaced—all within the same year. Security even sends messages to residents at 4 AM for trivial matters, showing a complete lack of consideration. I do not recommend this building to anyone.”
