“I am currently living in Apartment 404, and unfortunately, my experience in this building has been extremely disappointing. The humidity level inside the apartment is exceptionally high. We have installed two large dehumidifiers, and both become completely full every four hours, which clearly indicates a serious moisture problem within the building. In addition, there is a persistent and unbearable odor throughout the apartment. We even hired a professional company to clean and service the air-conditioning system, but the problem remains unresolved. The maintenance and overall services are extremely poor, and management has not provided an effective solution despite the ongoing issues. H…”

“I am currently living in Apartment 404, and unfortunately, my experience in this building has been extremely disappointing. The humidity level inside the apartment is exceptionally high. We have installed two large dehumidifiers, and both become completely full every four hours, which clearly indicates a serious moisture problem within the building. In addition, there is a persistent and unbearable odor throughout the apartment. We even hired a professional company to clean and service the air-conditioning system, but the problem remains unresolved. The maintenance and overall services are extremely poor, and management has not provided an effective solution despite the ongoing issues. Honestly, this is one of the worst residential experiences I have had. The environment feels unhealthy and unpleasant to live in. I will definitely not be renewing my lease, and I would not recommend this building to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to live.”

“Blaring fire alarm going off regularly even during odd hours middle of the night, causing trauma to small kids. Have complained to their customer service but still no action, not even responding even after several follow ups. You could hear the noise from the road, so something’s really not right about sound proofing. Got some issue with drain flies as well.”

“50/50 experience with azizi pearl, maintenance team is fine, but issues at night, too much noise from the road and construction noise start st 5 am alarms keeps going off im on 7th floor so tiring!”

“Very bad experience mangment and security useless give uncesserary fines don't keep water bottles in coridor don't keep in parking kids cycles if tenant pay to security some amount they ready to coprate. Too much road sound construction around early morning fire alram”

“The building is okay but needs more vigilance, at night some fancy activities is happening, night security stalking the tenants on exchange of little cash, making some business selling tenants information data to outsiders.”

“The building is well-designed with excellent ventilation, making it feel airy and comfortable. The semi-furnished kitchen is a nice touch, offering convenience while still allowing for personal customization.”

“The building is good. However, you will wake up day and night because of an active fire alarm. It will activate everyday at times like 5 am. When you complain, the management will not respond, and the security will tell you this is "normal because someone in the building is cooking". It will literally activate 4-5 times a day and there's nothing you can do about it and no one to help you.”
