“Do not think of moving into Azizi buildings as a owner or tenants with annual contract as they have so many structural issues and maintenance problems: bathrooms and washbasins have blockages. Incomplete work everywhere; don't be deceived by their exteriors as they have purposefully made it appealing to hide their internal flaws and that's why they are providing kitchen appliances and furniture. Doesn't matter how many times you call security or maintenance guys they are extremely unhelpful and rude. I don't know who hired their security staff, all of them are ill-mannered and untrained.”

“This is a residential complex. Mostly those who buy this n ownership basis Many flats are also given on rental basis. Clean place. Has Gym and swimming pool”

“I highly recommend Samia , it's the best building in Al Furjan , people keep on saying things about azizi but I was a tenant here and now the owner. I am very happy with building and loving it here, very spacious layouts , proper ventilation and sunlight.”

“I rented an AirBnB here described as “charming”. There is nothing charming about this property. Food smells from neighbors enters the apartments around the clock. Cockroaches roam through the hallways. Often the tap water is brown. Kids are constantly screaming in the hallway. And at night it’s loud with entire families shouting at each other on the balconies.”

“Really disappointed, after almost one year in the building I can say that the building finishing are very poor, water dropping in the apartment from the ceilings and nobody is even interested to check it up. I even ordered maintainers privately and the said it’s the main pipe so they couldn’t touch and I spoken to them, no one came to check.. it’s still dropping on the floor for almost a year. The also doing repairs in the building in early morning hours.. like 7-8 in the morning they are allowing new tenants to renovate theirs apartment. But even theirs own team been doing a lot of noise doing small repairs and loud noises at 7-8 am. I’m working late and need sleep in the morning. They don’t care it’s peoples home. I’m gonna move out immediately. Can’t stay in the building like that.”

“Love everything else except that the corridors smell extremely bad. People cooking food with spices and the whole corridors are full of smell. Kills the whole vibe of the building. I have been complaining about this for over a month and suggested they put air fresheners but no response”
