“Great location. Clean and modern. Good sunset views. Good security. Loads of parking outside the building. Useful shops integrated into ground floor of the building. Nice gym. Clean swimming pool.”

“One of the best apartments in the Al Furjan area. The location is just a walking distance from the metro, and there is a bus station right in front of it. The flats are much bigger than the typical ones you find in the UAE. The building is always clean. Great security and cleaning team. Always helpful. Definitely the best in Al Furjan. Previously, I was in Murano, so I can easily say there's a big difference”

“Security man of day duty is such an ill-mannered person. He doesn't allow my own family members to visit me . Although I called him and told him that these are my family members let them come in. I feel very inconvenient ..each time whenever a guest visits me I have to go down..This is such a pathetic behavior..I think me and my other friends and family members who have apartments in Shaista Azizi should not renew their contract for next time..”

“Worst management ever with the most stupid rules. In addition to that, this new security officer Farooq is awful. I had an urgent situation, I caller and contacted him multiple times via WhatsApp. He replied after 15 minutes, saying he was on the way. However, when I arrived after 5 minutes, I found him still sitting at his desk, chatting on WhatsApp and smiling. This team is unprofessional from management downwards.”
