“If you are planning to move here, it’s important to be aware of some ongoing issues in the building. The building’s fire alarm rings multiple times throughout the month, including scheduled fire alarm tests that can last from morning until afternoon. In many cases, residents are not notified in advance, which means the alarm may continue ringing repeatedly throughout the day. In addition to the scheduled tests, the fire alarm is also triggered unexpectedly on a frequent basis. During this week alone, it happened nine times, including four times tonight, with the last alarm occurring around 1am. Yesterday, the alarm also rang around 5am and again at 6am. Whenever residents ask the security team about the situation, the response is usually that it was a false alarm. Unfortunately, the repeated alarms during nighttime hours can significantly disturb residents’ sleep and overall quality of life. There is also ongoing construction around the building, and the noise can continue very late into the night or restart very early in the morning. On some occasions, construction activity continued until around 1am and resumed again around 5am. Overall, the noise levels can be very stressful for residents seeking a quiet living environment. I previously asked the security team for direct management contact information so the matter could be communicated privately and addressed more efficiently. I was informed that the concern would be relayed internally, but I did not receive any update or response. Unfortunately, the repeated false alarms continued afterward. I sincerely hope the management reviews the fire alarm system and takes measures to improve the living experience and comfort of the residents. PS: The watch photos show the fire alarm timings, and the phone screenshots show the construction activity timings.”

“It’s currently 3:12AM ITS NIGHT, and the construction next to the building is still ongoing VERY VERY NOISY THE WORKERS ARE YELLING AT EACH OTHER, THEY ARE TRANSPORTING SOME STONES OR MATERIALS AND RELEASING AND. ITS MAKING SO MUCH NOISE!!! ITS HONESTLY INSANE, HOW IS THIS ALLOWED? I literally can’t get any sleep, at night its literally louder than during the day. THEY SHOULD FOLLOW SOME NIGHT RULES NO? And the best thing is when I went to rent the apartment NO ONE MENTIONED THAT THE CONSTRUCTION IS 24/7, AND I MEAN 24/7!!! They don’t stop, it’s driving me crazy, I can’t get relaxed even at home.”

“SAY GOODBYE TO SLEEP! Construction is extremely noisy, and the management needs to take action. It’s unbelievable that they work even during weekends! PLEASE UPGRADE WINDOWS INSULATION”

“I cancelled my purchase with them because thier team are not professional and miss leading unlike Binghati, how i trust giving around USA 300 K for people who don't follow Dubai obligations and have zero knowledge about contracts, what I understand from dealing with then if you pay some amount of money you will get your flat after they make double benefits first and no issue for you to wait forever....God stay faraway, its.my mistakes I didn't listen to many professional brokers they told me stay a way......”
