“The building is generally not bad, but I don’t understand how two buildings by the same developer, located right next to each other, can differ so much in management The neighboring Azizi Feirouz is much cleaner and better maintained, with plenty of greenery on the podium floor, and it’s priced about the same. I would strongly recommend taking a look at that residence instead”

“During recent rains complete building is water logged and even after 6 days nobody is botheredto pumpout water.residence are stranded in buidling for one week”

“Excellent location,walking distance from carrefour, jabal Ali Nursery, Metro station, lots of restaurants near by, 10 min drive from ibn battuta mall, festival plaza mall, dubai marina and JBR. Easy access to E311, E11. Very spacious 2 bed room with 2.5 bathroom, storage room and 2 balcony. Well maintained building,very clean and nice swimming pool.”
