“The worst management and building in Dubai. Do not ever buy or rent here. I started to regret living here after a short period of time. I’ve had all water pipes burst on me within 6 months of living here. Constant peeling of paint with fire alarm going off every 5 minutes just to name a couple of issues I’ve faced.”

“The management is the worst ever and this stradum they came and they make things worst , and now they cut the gaz and it’s ramadhan on breaking the fast time”

“If I could give it 0 then I would. Management never finished the building - the pool is a paddling pool, the gym never got built, the corridors are never cleaned, the fire alarm goes off 4-5 times a day and to top it off today, water for the entire building was shut off by DEWA for non-payment. Avoid at all costs”

“Horrible quality and management. The building is still unfinished and the work they do is really bad. Constant issues with our apartment, the parking, etc. No one to turn to for complaints. Highly recommend staying away from renting/buying here.”

“Nice location easy to reach from the Ain Highway better tha. JVC easy entry and easy exit. Close to nice hotels and new building for handover”
