“A terrific building and property made miserable by low civic sense among some families and inconsistent property management. Banyan Tree is a luxury apartment community with high-quality construction, beautiful landscaping, extensive green space (rare in JLT), and on-site massage. It is beautiful to walk the outdoor area and observe the collection of plants and trees dotting the perimeter of the grounds. Sadly this all overshadowed by resident behavior in common areas, with families screaming through the hallways and lobby at virtually all times. Imagine hearing an ear-piercing shriek every five minutes that you can hear clearly while trying to enjoy the peace of your apartment after a long day. Even worse, consider that property management will do next to nothing about it. The noise continues in the hallways, in the lobby, and in the grass lawn, and pool area. Inconsiderate parents with little common sense or respect for their fellow residents with their kids screaming or driving toy cars throughout the lobby. Its truly unfortunate property management refuses their responsibility to ensure quality of life for owners and residents in the building, allowing a minority of the residents to disturb the rest and turn the property into a zoo. Despite its positives, I would avoid. Especially for single people and couples without children.”

“Amazing place for families and for living in the city close to places you need like restaurants, shops. 300 m from the first business tower, all the amenities close by including kindergarten, schools , shops and everything you need for a good city life. 35 minutes walk to the beach and Marina mall. The best and biggest pool from all the towers we have seen with Sun and no shade all day guaranteed. Great amenities like gym, squash, yoga room, really fancy spa, well sized garage parking. You will not find such place close to the city like the Banyan Tree. We ve lived here a year and we really couldn’t complain”

“Very close to Dubai Marina, just 1km away, and also very close to JLT. There is a large size pool but shallow. Features large apartments with fast elevators.”

“I had 2 years living here and I was really happy, everything’s clean, apartments, pool, good looking and nice people around. My best two years of experience in my 9 years I have been living in Dubai.”
