“I’ve been a tenant in this building for two years, and below is a summary of my overall experience:
Pros
- It’s a Pet-friendly building & with a small community park right next to the building for short walks and outdoor time for pet owners. Kids also can go to a playground here.
- Convenience within the building: Mini grocery store, pharmacy, laundry, and several food outlets are located downstairs, making daily errands so easy.
- Generally well-maintained common areas: Cleaning staff do a good job keeping residential floors clean, even when some tenants do not follow proper waste disposal etiquette.
- Decent amenities: has a swimming pool, mini basketball court, bbq area and gym
-Security 24/7: They’re great at monitoring the safety and concerns of the people living in the building. They do follow a lot of protocol but that’s good cause you know they’re doing their job well.
Cons
- Poor soundproofing: Throughout my time I hear everything. Neighbors’ TVs, parties, drilling and renovations, yelling & arguments, even when someone uses the toilet, and ‘other’ daily activities. I can hear EVERYTHING.
- Constant surrounding construction – Ongoing construction around the building affects peace, quiet, and because of that.. You get Persistent dust issues due to all the construction… the parking area, your balcony, they will consistently get dusty. Cars get dirty quickly even after washing.
- Slow management response times – Non-emergency requests often take days or weeks to be addressed. I experienced a lot of maintenance scheduling delays.. the maintenance work itself is acceptable, but their response and visit takes longer than expected.
- Parking issues due to pigeons 🐦 - The parking area, especially P1, has a bad pigeon problem. There’s so many birds, and the droppings are common and can even take over the parking pathways. Sometimes you’ll just get shocked at how much they dropped on your car too :)
- The gym is small and becomes very busy and overcrowded after work hours, limiting usability. You’re better off going to an actual gym if you really want to work out.
- Jacuzzi not operational, not sure if and when they’ll replace or bring it back but in the past year I was a tenant it wasn’t working.
- Unpredictable fire alarms. They have scheduled ones but the Fire alarms still sometimes go off unexpectedly, randomly and that includes during late-night hours.
- Studios are small, chiller fees and gas are charged separately on top of your rent, and the building is aging. In my opinion, Current rent prices in the building do not reflect the overall quality compared to newer buildings nearby. There are nicer places but In the end it’s up to you.
In short for me, my experience living here the first year was great, but the last half is not so great anymore. Regardless, I appreciated my balcony city view the most so sharing a photo of it here. The skyline was the prettiest after the rain.”

“I would like to share my experience in Bella Rose Building. Unfortunately, since moving in, I have been facing several issues that have affected my comfort and daily living.
The main concern is the cigarette smell entering my apartment, especially at night, through the ventilation/duct system. This issue has been ongoing for more than one month and has affected my comfort and health, causing headaches and breathing discomfort. I have raised the concern several times with security, maintenance, building management, and the landlord, but until now the issue has not been properly resolved.
In addition to this, there is continuous disturbance from dogs’ noise, which makes the living environment uncomfortable, especially during rest hours.
Another daily issue is the parking area in B1. Almost every day, I find my car covered with pigeon droppings, which is very inconvenient and requires constant cleaning. This shows that the parking area needs better pest/bird control and proper maintenance.
For a residential building, basic comfort, clean air, quiet living conditions, and proper maintenance should be a priority. I hope the building management takes these concerns seriously and provides a permanent solution, as tenants should not have to live with cigarette smell entering their apartments, continuous noise disturbance, and daily parking hygiene issues.”

“I am very disappointed with the behavior of the security staff. Their attitude was unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Instead of being helpful, they spoke in a harsh manner, which is unacceptable in a public place. Management should provide proper training and hire educated staff with good communication skills to ensure a safe and respectful environment for visitors.”

“Best building in the area so far. Great maintenance team and very professional security staff. The building is well maintained and super clean. Even though there is construction around, they keep everything extremely clean every day.”
