“Rented an apartment here for a short stay, very pleasant residential complex, much better than in Business Bay. And everything is nearby (by car). The downside of the area - there are renovations happening somewhere and navigation works poorly (once I had to walk because due to construction work the driver couldn't take us)”

“I purchased the property with trust of the developer. However after project completion and me fulfilling the payment duty, the developer had not handed over the property to me over 3 weeks due to their internal team inefficiency and miscommunication. When followed up, there is no clear ETA communicated which is very disappointing.”
