“This place is a nightmare. Maintenance is the worst — you have to chase them, they show up without notice (if they even bother), and most of the time it takes more than a week to fix anything. Some issues are just ignored completely. I’ve had paint peeling off my walls for almost 2 months now and still nothing. Rude building staff, worst maintenance, old building and cannot maintain. On top of all this, they have the audacity to increase rent. Absolute worst experience.”

“We stay in this building for 2 years ONLy at the roof top. We dont want to renew anymore 1. Very very hot during the summer , we ate getting sick .The summer heat gives us head Ache 2. Tranportation , no bus pass buy infront of this building we need to walk across the street to get a bus going out ang coming in. For taxi and Careem since its located inside plus the heavy traffic from the building to the entersection will cost us already 15-20aed 😭😭😭😭 very expensive. 3. The swimming pool is clean ang very cold like ice during winter and very hot during summer😭”
