“Boutique XII by LMD is simply an architectural jewel on the Al Jaddaf Waterfront – a rare place in Dubai where culture, art and technology intertwine in an exceptional contemporary design. The 12-storey building emanates modern elegance, and its positioning is truly premium: just steps away from the metro (Al Jaddaf station), close to the famous Palazzo Versace Dubai, and with panoramic views opening onto Dubai Creek canal and the promenade. Many luxury cruises and regular cruises depart from in front of Palazzo Versace Hotel. The view towards the Jaddaf shores, combined with luxury amenities – swimming pool, gym, socialising areas – creates a sophisticated lifestyle, yet full of warmth and personality. The strategic location makes Boutique XII not just a place to live, but a genuine connection point between dynamic urban life and waterside relaxation. In short, Boutique XII is more than a residential project – it is a statement of refinement, a space where each day offers harmony between art, landscape and modern comfort. From my perspective, it gets a 10! I lived here for a month and felt wonderful because everything is just a few minutes' walk away, including a supermarket.”

“We stayed here during our two-week vacation and are very satisfied! The location is top: small supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance and the best thing is 5 minutes to the Al Jadaf metro station. The pool area was still under construction during our stay, but we were still allowed to use the pool.”

“Good building! Excellent location. But in 2 months of living here, the pool has broken for the second time and they fix it for more than a week (!!!). A very unpleasant situation that is resolved extremely slowly.”
