The apartments are all renovated and look very upgraded. there is no problem on water leak in the apartments rooms.”

“Burj view Residence is truly a great place to live in Dubai! The apartment has a beautiful view, modern facilities, and a very peaceful environment. What makes the experience even better is the management especially Moein who is absolutely amazing! He’s friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything you need. “Lived there for 4 years even though the location is so good. I faced multiple issues including problems with AC and grease ducts (super loud and grease duct was broken and smelled horrible they never clean it), low acoustic insulation and you can hear every little noise. Found dead rat in the ceiling and the management told me they can’t do anything about it until I brought one from cleaning after a fight. Besides all the sewage problems inside the parking and the pipes which break every now and then and also the elevator which isn’t working since the rain. zero maintenance assistance during last year and the new management would say maintenance is only for common area not inside the apartment which wasn’t the case in the 3 years before they came in . my car drowned in the parking due to zero communication from the security team last year in the rain. Walls were moistened by adjacent apartments. Cockroaches are everywhere. After it was sold to the new owners/management, it got worse than it already was. I left the apartment in the same condition as I received it. Maintenance entered my apartment after I evacuated, broke one tile in the bathroom ceiling and took photos of the moistened walls which was behind my furniture and the curtain screws mark then returned a 100 dirhams out of 1200 dirhams security deposit. You won’t trust such a management and I’m quite sure all 5 stars reviews are not from people who lived there longer than a year. Highly don’t recommend even with all the renovations, internal problems stayed the same.”

“Amal community management have no idea what goes into the building. The level of support they provide is unseen. They exort money from risedents. People have been living in a construction site with destroyed hall ways I assure any potential buyer that the elevators will never get through a month without breaking down, the leakages will never stop, the building broke down in the floods and never recovered.”

“I want to bring to your attention the numerous issues we, as residents, are facing due to the poor management by Inaya Facility Management. It is evident that they lack the expertise to manage the building effectively. For instance, we have been dealing with a broken sewage pipe in the basement for over a week now, which has resulted in a terrible smell. Despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, the new owners appear to be more interested in selling the properties and making a profit rather than addressing these critical problems. Their lack of concern for the building's upkeep is alarming and detrimental to all current and future residents. Given these circumstances, I was initially planning to purchase a property in this building, but I have since changed my mind due to the apparent neglect and mismanagement. If these issues persist, the condition of the building will only deteriorate further. It is crucial that immediate action is taken to address these problems to protect our investments and ensure a livable environment.”
