Celadon is a development of three towers in City Walk, Dubai. The towers are Celadon 1, Celadon 2 and Celadon 3. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2021. It has 2 lifts. There is a swimming pool. Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall Metro station is a 12-minute walk, and the Dubai Trolley Station 3 tram stop is 25 minutes away. Within 800 metres there are 31 places to eat, 4 pharmacies and clinics and 4 parks and gyms. On foot it rates as very walkable. Registered rents start around AED 122k a year for a 1 bed.
