“Human-sized building in the heart of the pleasant and lively City Walk neighborhood. Building 16 is a corner building, open and unobstructed, in the heart of the beautiful City Walk neighborhood. It has a rooftop pool with views of the Burj Khalifa, and a beautiful gym. The apartments are bright and quiet, with beautiful terraces. Just a 25-minute walk to Dubai Mall and the Burj. The Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station (red line) is less than 10 minutes walk away, allowing easy access to Dubai's main attractions.”
