Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Living in this building has been an absolute pleasure. It’s located in Sufouh Gardens, in a peaceful gated community with double security at both entrances, which makes it feel very safe and private. The surroundings are always clean, with well-maintained streets, and there’s even a pet park right next to the building, perfect for pet lovers. Inside, the building is spotless, with supportive maintenance staff always available when needed. The amenities are everything you’d want: a pool, a gym, and 24/7 building security. It’s quiet, family-friendly, and offers a wonderful balance between comfort, safety, and convenience. Truly an amazing place to live, highly recommended!”

“Be aware of fake positive reviews posted here i think its paid Well i would say the main problem in this building is leakage from ac pipes.. I have this problem , neighbors and i think everyone in this building, maintenance is responsive somehow.. but they fixed it once, twice , three times .. still leaking .. i believe it has something to do with the quality of the building and age.. if u don’t bear maintenance issues, you will not be happy.. One more thing they stopped ac at common spaces like floors halls and corridors Neighborhood is nice, cant recommend positively neither put negative comment but at the end area is nice if you have car..”
