CLOUD Tower is a development of two towers in Jumeirah Village Triangle, Dubai. The towers are Cloud Tower A and Cloud Tower B. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2020. It has 5 lifts. Shared facilities include a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. Within 800 metres there are 8 places to eat, 6 parks and gyms and 3 shops. On foot it rates as some errands on foot. Registered rents start around AED 57k a year for a studio.

“Very disappointed with the management and customer service of Cloud Tower by Tiger Properties. I have already paid more than 80% of my apartment amount and before the recent issues I always paid on time without delays. During the banking problems and transfer issues, I continued making payments, personally traveled to Dubai, and even paid cash directly. Despite this, my emails and requests were ignored for weeks while penalties kept increasing from 15,000 to 30,000. Only after constant follow-ups was part of the penalty removed. What is most disappointing is not only the penalty itself, but the lack of communication, delayed responses, and zero understanding toward loyal clients who genui…”

“very bad building, i saw rats in the lobby because of nearby open sewers, its far away from any nearby facilities such as basketball courts, tennis courts, main community parks, and supermarkets, apartments are very small compared to the price u can find much better”

“Love this building and staff are great Fatima Keithley was amazing to deal with my questions and queries all handled extremely professionally and promptly to be able to move in and out of building. Very happy with the service. Building has great pool and gym no traffic in the area”

“Very disappointed with the management and customer service of Cloud Tower by Tiger Properties. I have already paid more than 80% of my apartment amount and before the recent issues I always paid on time without delays. During the banking problems and transfer issues, I continued making payments, personally traveled to Dubai, and even paid cash directly. Despite this, my emails and requests were ignored for weeks while penalties kept increasing from 15,000 to 30,000. Only after constant follow-ups was part of the penalty removed. What is most disappointing is not only the penalty itself, but the lack of communication, delayed responses, and zero understanding toward loyal clients who genuinely tried to resolve the situation. There was also a delay in the apartment handover from the developer’s side, but no flexibility or fairness was shown toward clients facing exceptional circumstances. I expected much more professional treatment from such a large developer.”
